- Prior booking essential – see below.
- The passengers in your coach are welcome to join the next available
tour/talk, but this may not coincide with your expected times of
arrival/departure.
- Pre booked parties – a meal at a specified time is part of your tour.(see below)
- Coaches calling in the day – you are

- We offer a range of meals, including hot meals, throughout the

Disabled Facilities
Norfolk Lavender makes an excellent day out for the disabled. Everything
is on one level. Wherever possible there are concrete paths and
ramps to assist wheelchair access.
We have a wheelchair avaliable if any of your party needs to
borrow one. In this case, please make sure you reserve it.
There are two toilets for the disabled.
Cancellations
Can only be accepted up to 14 or more days prior to the
tour. There is a £45.00 cancellation charge.
Alterations
To meals and tour numbers will be
accepted up to 3 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) prior to the
date of your visit. Thereafter charges may be made in full.

Eating BEFORE your tour, please plan to arrive at least 1 hour before
your booked tour time.
Eating AFTER your tour, please plan to arrive 15 minutes
before your tour.
Full details of your arrival time, tour time and meal time will be
sent when we confirm your booking.
Coach drivers and couriers will receive non-transferable vouchers.
Obtain them from the Gift Shop for exchange only in our Tearoom or
Gift Shop.
